What is built, and what is not. Plain words.

Built

• Each firm sees only its own matters (tested on every build).
• Every answer, pull, message and signature is sealed into one hash chain per matter. Change one, and the seal breaks.
• Sign-in links work once and last 15 minutes. Tokens are stored as hashes, never in plain text.
• Security headers on every page; the microphone is used only when you tap the ring.
• One button exports all your work as JSON and CSV. No lock-in.
• Answers come only from authorities on file in your matter, or 360 says none was found.

Not yet

• Deliphi does not hold a SOC 2 report. We do not claim one.
• Citations are not citator-checked until the CourtListener connection is on.
• Client trust (IOLTA) money never moves through Deliphi.
• E-signatures are not legal e-signatures until the consent wording is approved.
